Jake's-O-Mine is the largest "Rock" bar in Apache Junction.  They have a live band and dancing most nights. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.  The owners, Beaver and Margo are often there talking to the patrons. Jake's doesn't have a kitchen but Fatman's pizza next door offers up the best pizza in AJ and will be happy to deliver it next door to Jake's.

 

Jake's has 3 pool tables and a dart board.  There's almost always a friendly pool game underway and they have dart league play on some nights.

Jake's is very "biker-friendly" and it's normal to see a Harley or two (or five) in the parking lot.  The day I was there a guy rode in on a 1918 HD.  That's right a 1918.
